Specialized Epic Allez
I’ve had this frame since the early 90s when I was living in Minnesota and working at the Alt Bike and Board shop on Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis. When I moved to Hamburg, I brought it with me and never built it up. I one point a friend of mine (another expat from Chicago) borrowed it and had it in his attic. After moving back from to Hamburg from NYC, Ivrea, London, and Frankfurt, he returned it to me.
Needless to say, it was still in great shape and needed to be built up. After gathering some parts and using parts from other projects, it’s been ridden around Hamburg and at various events around Germany whenever I feel like frame-shifting is the way to go.
